Ingredient List
- 2 kiwi fruit, peeled
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup Mountain High® original, lowfat or fat free vanilla yoghurt
- 1/4 teaspoon finely ground green tea powder
- 4-6 ice cubes
- Additional kiwi slices, if desired
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into glasses. Garnish with additional kiwi slices. Serve immediately.
Tips
- Finely ground green tea powder that gives this smoothie a nice green hue. You can find it in tea shops or health food stores. A little goes a long way! For a thicker smoothie, freeze the peeled kiwi fruit overnight before using.
