Ingredient List

  • 2 kiwi fruit, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup Mountain High® original, lowfat or fat free vanilla yoghurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon finely ground green tea powder
  • 4-6 ice cubes
  • Additional kiwi slices, if desired

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into glasses. Garnish with additional kiwi slices. Serve immediately.

Tips

  • Finely ground green tea powder that gives this smoothie a nice green hue. You can find it in tea shops or health food stores. A little goes a long way! For a thicker smoothie, freeze the peeled kiwi fruit overnight before using.
