Ingredient List

  • 1 cup Mountain High® original, lowfat or fat free vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 large ripe papaya, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • Additional papaya
  • pieces on skewers, if desired

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients except skewered fruit in a blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Pour into glasses. Garnish with fruit skewers. Serve immediately.

Tips

  • Papaya is good for digestion, so this recipe makes a good choice for dessert as well as for breakfast. Papaya is golden yellow when ripe and loaded with vitamins A and C.
