Ingredient List
- 1 cup Mountain High® original, lowfat or fat free vanilla yoghurt
- 1 large ripe papaya, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- Additional papaya
- pieces on skewers, if desired
Preparation
- Place all ingredients except skewered fruit in a blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Pour into glasses. Garnish with fruit skewers. Serve immediately.
Tips
- Papaya is good for digestion, so this recipe makes a good choice for dessert as well as for breakfast. Papaya is golden yellow when ripe and loaded with vitamins A and C.
