Move over, ketchup! Your fries may have just found a new best friend. Although this sauce is traditionally used with meats, it's very tasty with veggies, too.

Ingredient List

  • 1 cup Mountain High® original, lowfat or fat free plain yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon finely diced sweet pickle
  • 2 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 2 teaspoons capers, drained
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • Paprika, if desired

Preparation

  1. In a medium bowl, gently stir together all ingredients until well blended. Cover and chill 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors. Sprinkle with paprika.
