Chocolate Strawberry Fondue

Ingredient List

  • 1 package (12 oz) milk or white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup from 1 tub Mountain High™ Original Plain Whole Milk Yoghurt
  • 1 cup from 1 tub Mountain High™ Original Strawberry Whole Milk Yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3/4 cup strawberry preserves
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Preparation

  1. Combine chocolate and butter in a 3-quart sauce pan over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together plain and raspberry yoghurts with cornstarch. Add yoghurt mixture to the melting chocolate, along with the preserves, lemon juice and salt. Mix well. Cook for about 15 minutes, whisking occasionally or until mixture hot and is thickened.
  3. Serve in a fondue pot with pound cake and fresh fruit for dipping.

Tips

  • Feel free to use Mountain High™ Plain Low Fat Yoghurt instead of Mountain High™ Original Plain Whole Milk Yoghurt, if you'd like.
