Ingredient List

  • 2 cups Mountain High® original, lowfat or fat free strawberry yoghurt
  • 3 cups whipped topping or sweetened whipped cream, divided
  • 8 cups cubed (1-inch) angel food cake (10 to 12 oz)
  • 3 packages (10-oz each) frozen sweetened strawberries, defrosted
  • 1/4 cup chocolate shavings

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, fold together yoghurt and 2 cups of the whipped topping. Set aside.
  2. Divide half of the cake cubes among 14 6-oz dessert glasses or dishes. (Or arrange half of the cake cubes in the bottom of a 3-quart trifle dish or deep glass bowl. Spoon half of the strawberries and their juice over the cake. Top with half the yoghurt mixture. Repeat, using remaining cake cubes, strawberries, and yoghurt mixture.
  3. Spread remaining 1 cup whipped topping over the second yoghurt mixture layer and garnish with chocolate shavings. Cover and chill for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
