This really tastes great on crackers or pita wedges. To prepare as canapes, top with chopped kalamata olives. Makes an elegant impression!

Ingredient List

  • 1 cup Mountain High® original or lowfat plain yoghurt
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled (4 oz)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir gently until well blended. Cover and chill for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
