Ingredient List
- 1 tub Mountain High™ Original Plain Whole Milk Yoghurt
- 1 box (8-serving size) strawberry-flavored gelatin
- 8 strawberries, sliced
- Whipped cream topping (from an aerosol can), if desired
Preparation
- Mix yoghurt and gelatin in a medium microwaveable bowl. Microwave on Medium (50%) 1 minute; stir. Microwave 1 minute longer or until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Spray a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray and pour yoghurt mixture into it. Top with sliced strawberries. Cover and chill for 3 hours or until set. Garnish with whipped cream topping.
Tips
- Feel free to use Mountain High™ Plain Low Fat Yoghurt or Mountain High™ Plain Fat Free Yoghurt instead of Mountain High™ Original Plain Whole Milk Yoghurt, if you'd like.
