Ingredient List

  • 4 medium carrots, peeled and grated
  • 1 cup Mountain High® original, lowfat or fat free plain yoghurt
  • 2 cans (8-oz each) crushed pineapple in juice, drained (1 cup)
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients until well mixed.
  2. Cover and chill 2 hours to blend flavors. Cover and refrigerate any leftover salad
