Ingredient List

  • 1 cup from 1 tub Mountain High™ Original Vanilla Whole Milk Yoghurt
  • 1 large red apple, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 ice cubes
  • Additional ground cinnamon, if desired
  • Apple slices, if desired

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients except additional cinnamon and apple slices in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses; sprinkle with cinnamon and garnish glass with apple slices. Serve immediately.

Tips

  • Feel free to use Mountain High™ Vanilla Low Fat Yoghurt or Mountain High™ Vanilla Fat Free Yoghurt instead of Mountain High™ Original Vanilla Whole Milk Yoghurt, if you'd like.
