- 1 1/2 cups from 1 tub Mountain High™ Original Strawberry Whole Milk Yoghurt
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup fresh raspberries, chopped
- 1 ripe pear, finely diced
- 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts, toasted
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher (coarse) salt
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 4-6 drops red pepper sauce
Preparation
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to blend flavors. Serve cold. Store any remaining salsa covered in refrigerator up to 4 days.
