Sweet enough to enjoy by itself, but if you spoon this over vanilla ice cream we won't tell.
Ingredient List
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 large apples, sliced
- 1/2 cup from 1 tub Mountain High™ Original Plain Whole Milk Yoghurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- Ground cinnamon, if desired
Preparation
- Melt the butter in a 12-inch skillet. Stir in apples. Cook and stir apples over low heat, about 6 minutes or until softened; remove from heat. Spoon the yoghurt over the apples, and toss to coat apple slices evenly.
- Arrange apples on individual plates. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve warm.
Tips
- Feel free to use Mountain High™ Plain Low Fat Yoghurt instead of Mountain High™ Original Plain Whole Milk Yoghurt, if you'd like.
