Ingredient List

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 large apples, sliced
  • 1/2 cup from 1 tub Mountain High™ Original Plain Whole Milk Yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Ground cinnamon, if desired

Preparation

  1. Melt the butter in a 12-inch skillet. Stir in apples. Cook and stir apples over low heat, about 6 minutes or until softened; remove from heat. Spoon the yoghurt over the apples, and toss to coat apple slices evenly.
  2. Arrange apples on individual plates. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve warm.

Tips

  • Feel free to use Mountain High™ Plain Low Fat Yoghurt instead of Mountain High™ Original Plain Whole Milk Yoghurt, if you'd like.
