Ingredient List

  • 3/4 cup Mountain High® original or lowfat plain yoghurt
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white wine
  • 4 teaspoons drained capers
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, gently stir together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors.
