Ingredient List
- 1 can (16 oz) refried beans
- 1 1/2 cups guacamole
- 1 1/2 cups Mountain High® original or lowfat plain yoghurt
- 1 package (1.25 oz) taco seasoning mix
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese (6 oz)
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1 can (2 1/4 oz) sliced ripe olives, drained
- Tortilla chips, if desired
Preparation
- Spread refried beans evenly in 9-inch circle large platter or in a 9” x 9” glass or ceramic dish. Spread guacamole evenly over the beans.
- In a small bowl, combine yoghurt and taco seasoning mix. Spread over guacamole. Sprinkle cheese over guacamole, then top with tomatoes, then onions and, finally, black olives. Cover carefully with plastic wrap and chill for 1-2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
