Little Strawberry Tarts

Ingredient List
- 3 cups Mountain High® original, lowfat or fat free strawberry yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cherry-flavored gelatin (from 4-serving size box)
- 1 box (6-serving size) instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 1 package (4 oz) single-serve graham cracker crusts (6 )
- Whipped cream topping (from aerosol can), if desired
- 3 large strawberries, cut lengthwise in half
Preparation
- In a large bowl, mix yoghurt, vanilla, and cherry-flavored gelatin. Whisk in instant pudding; stir in chopped strawberries. Pour mixture into graham cracker crusts. Cover and chill for about 30 minutes or until set. Garnish each tart with whipped topping and a strawberry half.
