Ingredient List

  • 1 cup from 1 tub Mountain High™ Original Vanilla Whole Milk Yoghurt
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blackberries or strawberries
  • 1/2 cup grape juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey, if desired

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Serve immediately.

Tips

  • Feel free to use Mountain High™ Vanilla Low Fat Yoghurt or Mountain High™ Vanilla Fat Free Yoghurt instead of Mountain High™ Original Vanilla Whole Milk Yoghurt, if you'd like.
