Yoghurt Walnut “Chutney”

This versatile sauce goes well with grilled meats or serves as a pasta sauce.

Ingredient List

  • 2 serrano chiles, seeded and sliced
  • 2 cups walnut pieces
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Mountain High® original or lowfat plain yoghurt

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients except yoghurt in a bowl of a food processor. Cover and process the mixture resembles chunky peanut butter, scraping down the sides as necessary to make sure everything gets well blended. Transfer to a medium bowl and gently stir in the yoghurt. Cover and chill 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors. Cover and refrigerate any leftover chutney.
