When you want frozen yoghurt on the go, make your own!
Ingredient List
- 2 cups Mountain High® original or lowfat vanilla yoghurt
- 1 cup mashed strawberries, bananas, or peaches
Preparation
- In a medium bowl, combine the yoghurt and the mashed fruit. Cover bowl and freeze for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes. Spoon the mixture into snack-size, resealable plastic bags, filling them about halfway. Squeeze out the air and seal the bags tightly. Roll up bags and place them in the freezer. Freeze until firm, about 2 hours.
- To eat, snip a small piece from one corner of each bag with scissors, then squeeze out the yoghurt for a cool treat.
Tips
- Because small children could bite off pieces of the plastic bags, this treat is best for kids over age 5.
