Ingredient List

  • 1/2 cup Mountain High® original or lowfat plain yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 /2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt

Preparation

  1. Gently stir all ingredients until well blended. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors. Use as a sandwich spread, or serve on crackers.
