Toss and Crunch Coleslaw

An easy side dish to whip up for a picnic or cookout. Look for coleslaw mix (a blend of shredded red and green cabbage and carrots) in the produce aisle near the packaged salads.
Ingredient List
- 1 bag (16 oz) coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/2 cup Mountain High® original, lowfat or fat free plain yoghurt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Preparation
- Combine coleslaw mix and onion in a large bowl; set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour mixture over the coleslaw and onion; toss to combine well.
- Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving to blend flavors. Toss again just before serving. Cover and refrigerate any leftovers.
