- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 1 1/2 cups Mountain High® original or lowfat strawberry yoghurt

Topping:
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation
- Make bake and cool cake mix as directed on package for two 9-inch pans.
- To make the yoghurt mixture, combine cream, sugar, and gelatin in a 3-quart saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin is dissolved, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
- Whisk yoghurt and preserves into cooled cream mixture until well combined. Gently fold in blueberries and raspberries.
- Place one of the cooled 9-inch cakes on a cake plate. Spread the yoghurt mixture on the cake. Place the second cake layer on top. Cover and chill 4 hours or overnight.
