Ingredient List

  • 1 1/2 cups Mountain High® original or lowfat plain yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 box (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed to drain
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • Dash ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • Bread cubes, cut-up fresh veggies or pita chips, if desired

Preparation

  1. In a medium bowl, gently combine yoghurt, mayonnaise, sour cream, and spinach. Add garlic, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and lemon peel, and stir until well blended. Cover and chill for about 2 hours before serving. Serve with bread cubes.
