Refreshing Yoghurt-Mint Drink

A refreshing Persian drink made yoghurt and mint, known as Doogh. Try it on a hot day over ice.

Ingredient List

  • 1 cup Mountain High® original, lowfat or fat free plain yoghurt
  • 3 cups ice-cold water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 4 sprigs fresh mint

Preparation

  1. Place yoghurt in a large glass pitcher. Slowly whisk in the ice water. Stir in salt. Pour yoghurt drink into 4 glasses. Put 2 ice cubes into each glass and garnish with a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
