Ingredient List
- 1 package (10 oz) frozen puff pastry shells
- 1 cup Mountain High® original, lowfat or fat free strawberry yoghurt
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon raspberry preserves
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 24 fresh raspberries
- Powdered sugar, if desired
Preparation
- Bake pastry shells according to package directions. Cool.
- In a small bowl, combine yoghurt, sugar, and raspberry preserves. Place 3 raspberries in the bottom of each pastry shell. Spoon yoghurt mixture over raspberries. Place one raspberry on the top of each dessert. Sprinkle with additional powdered sugar.
