Ingredient List

Pink Layer:

  • 1 cup Mountain High® original or lowfat strawberry yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry preserves
  • 1/3 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 4 ice cubes

Yellow Layer:

  • 1 cup Mountain High® original or lowfat vanilla yoghurt
  • 1/3 cup drained crushed pineapple (from an 8-oz can)
  • Grated peel from one lemon
  • 4 ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Place strawberry yoghurt, preserves, raspberries, and four ice cubes in a blender. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour berry mixture into the bottom of each of two glasses set aside. Rinse out blender; pour out any water.
  2. Place vanilla yoghurt, pineapple, lemon peel, and four ice cubes in blender. Cover and blend on high until smooth. Gently spoon the lemon mixture around the edges of the glasses filled with the berry layer, then fill in the middle with the remaining lemon mixture. Serve immediately.
