Mexican Bean Dip

Ingredient List
- 1 can (16 oz) refried beans
- 1 jar (16 oz) salsa
- 1 cup Mountain High® original, lowfat or fat free plain yoghurt
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 chopped green onions
- 1-2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion, if desired
- Tortilla chips, if desired
Preparation
- Place refried beans and salsa in a 2-quart saucepan and warm over low heat, stirring often, until heated through. Gently stir in yoghurt and continue heating, stirring occasionally, until heated through again.
- Spoon into serving dish. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar, scallions, and red onion to taste. Serve with a basket of tortilla chips.
