Heart-Shaped Sugar Cookies

Ingredient List
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup Mountain High® original or lowfat plain yoghurt
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
Preparation
- In large bowl, mix butter and sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. On low speed, add the vanilla and yoghurt and mix until just blended.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder well. Add to the mixing bowl. Blend dough on low speed until flour is incorporated, scraping down sides of mixing bowl.
- Turn dough out onto a floured surface. Roll out dough to a 1/2-inch thick. Cut with a 3-inch cookie cutter and place about 2 inches apart on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350°F for 13 to 15 minutes or until edges just begin to brown. Transfer cookies to wire racks and cool completely. Frost and decorate as desired.
