Ingredient List

  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 cup Mountain High® original or lowfat plain yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

  1. Cut avocado lengthwise in half; remove pit and peel. In a small bowl, mash avocado with fork. Stir in yoghurt until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Tips

  • A classic base. Feel free to add 1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeno and 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro, as well as seeded diced fresh tomatoes. Serve with tortilla chips as an appetizer, as a garnish with Mexican Dishes or as a spread on sandwiches.
