As smooth and creamy as the real thing, but without the guilt. If you like a dark top, use brown sugar.
Ingredient List
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries (thawed)
- 3 cups from 1 tub Mountain High™ Original Vanilla Whole Milk Yoghurt
- 1/4 cup granulated or brown sugar
Preparation
- Place oven rack in highest position and preheat oven broiler to high.
- Distribute the raspberries evenly among four flat crème brûlée or custard dishes. Spoon the yoghurt over the raspberries and smooth to cover. Sprinkle the sugar evenly over the yoghurt in the four dishes.
- Place dishes on cookie sheet with sides. Broil with tops 4 to 6 inches from heat 5 to 6 minutes or until sugar is melted and forms a glaze. (Watch constantly because cooking times will vary according to individual broilers and sugar can burn quickly.)
- Allow to cool slightly and serve warm or chilled.
