Ingredient List
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1/2 cup Sauterne or Riesling or other sweet dessert wine
- 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups from 1 tub Mountain High™ Original Vanilla Whole Milk Yoghurt
- Orange peel, if desired
Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine honey with grated lemon and orange peel, then whisk in the wine. Add the lemon and orange juices and beat until frothy. Fold in yoghurt.
- Spoon into four individual dessert glasses. Cover and chill for 1 to 2 hours so flavors can blend. Garnish with piece of orange peel.
Tips
- Feel free to use Mountain High™ Vanilla Low Fat Yoghurt or Mountain High™ Original Strawberry Whole Milk Yoghurt instead of Mountain High™ Original Vanilla Whole Milk Yoghurt, if you'd like.
