Ingredient List

  • 1 cup from 1 tub Mountain High™ Original Strawberry Whole Milk Yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/4 cup milk or soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • Chopped strawberries, if desired

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in blender except chopped strawberries. Cover and blend on low speed until smooth. Pour into glass; garnish with chopped strawberries. Serve immediately.
