Great flavor with very little fat. Move over, hummus!

Ingredient List

  • 1 large clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, drained
  • 1/4 cup from 1 tub Mountain High™ Original Plain Whole Milk Yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

  1. Put the garlic, beans, yoghurt, olive oil, lemon peel, rosemary, and salt in a food processor. Pulse several times to combine, scraping down the sides to incorporate all ingredients. Season with pepper to taste, then run the food processor for about one minute to develop a very creamy spread. Serve with bread, crackers, or your favorite raw vegetables.

Tips

  • Feel free to use Mountain High™ Plain Low Fat Yoghurt or Mountain High™ Plain Fat Free Yoghurt instead of Mountain High™ Original Plain Whole Milk Yoghurt, if you'd like.
