Great flavor with very little fat. Move over, hummus!
Ingredient List
- 1 large clove garlic, chopped
- 1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, drained
- 1/4 cup from 1 tub Mountain High™ Original Plain Whole Milk Yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
- 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
- Put the garlic, beans, yoghurt, olive oil, lemon peel, rosemary, and salt in a food processor. Pulse several times to combine, scraping down the sides to incorporate all ingredients.
