Ingredient List

  • 1/2 cup from 1 tub Mountain High™ Plain Low Fat Yoghurt
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Whipped cream topping (from an aerosol can), if desired
  • Chopped almonds, if desired

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients except whipped cream topping and chopped almonds in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed, about 45 seconds or until well combined. Pour into glasses. Garnish with whipped cream topping and chopped almonds. Serve immediately.

Tips

  • Feel free to use Mountain High™ Plain Fat Free Yoghurt instead of Mountain High™ Plain Low Fat Yoghurt, if you'd like.
