Yoghurt-Oats with Fruit

A healthy make-ahead breakfast when you need an early start. Use your favorite flavor of Mountain High Yoghurt.

Ingredient List

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup coarsely chopped nuts, toasted
  • 2/3 cup Mountain High® original vanilla or strawberry yoghurt
  • 1 green apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • Flaxseed or ground cinnamon, if desired

Preparation

  1. In a medium bowl stir together oats, milk, apple juice, honey, and cinnamon; cover and chill overnight or to soften oats. Stir in nuts. Spoon the oat mixture into small bowls and top with yoghurt, apple slices, and raspberries. Sprinkle with flaxseed.
