Pomegranate juice and sweet cherries team up to provide a powerful antioxidant elixir that tastes like a Valentine in a glass.

Ingredient List

  • 1 1/2 cups 100% pomegranate juice
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen pitted sweet dark cherries
  • 2 cups Mountain High® original, lowfat or fat free plain yoghurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Whole fresh sweet cherries, if desired
  • Lime slices, if desired
  • Mint leaves, if desired

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients except whole cherries, lime slices and mint leaves in blender. Cover and blend on medium until smooth. Pour into glasses. Garnish with fresh cherries, lime slices and mint.
