Nutty Blue Cheese Dip

Great with pear and apple slices or crackers. Sure to become a favorite of every blue cheese lover you know. Use unsalted nuts for best results.

Ingredient List

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/2 cup cashew pieces
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (about 2 to 3 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Mountain High® original, lowfat or fat free plain yoghurt

Preparation

  1. Spread the walnuts and almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet with sides and bake in a 350°F oven just until toasted, about 5 minutes. Allow to cool, and then pulse with the cashews in a food processor until finely chopped.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine nuts, blue cheese and mayonnaise. Mix well. Gently stir in yoghurt. Cover and chill for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
