Independence Day Trifle

Ingredient List
- 1/4 cup strawberry preserves
- 2 cups Mountain High® original, lowfat or fat free vanilla or strawberry yoghurt
- 1 cup blueberries, divided
- 1 angel food cake (8 oz), cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup chopped strawberries, divided
- Additional whole strawberries for garnish
Preparation
- Combine strawberry preserves and yoghurt in a medium bowl. Spoon 1/4 cup of the yoghurt mixture into the bottom of a four parfait serving glasses. Add 1/4 cup blueberries, followed by 1/4 of the angel food cake cubes, 1/4 cup of strawberries, followed by another 1/4 cup of the yoghurt mixture. Garnish with an additional whole strawberry. Repeat for the remaining three serving glasses. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors.
