A triple winner, this luscious dessert can satisfy your sweet tooth and provide almost one-third of your daily calcium needs. And because it calls for frozen cherries, you can make it year round.

Ingredient List

  • 1 package (4-serving size) chocolate instant pudding and pie filling
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 1/2 cups 1 tub Mountain High™ Original Vanilla Whole Milk Yoghurt
  • 3 cups frozen unsweetened pitted dark sweet cherries, thawed
  • Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish, if desired
  • 18 additional cherries for garnish

Preparation

  1. Prepare pudding mix as directed on package with the milk.
  2. Place 1/3 cup pudding into each of six 10-oz. glasses. Add 1/3 cup yoghurt on top of each pudding layer. Add 1/2 cup cherries on top of each yoghurt layer. Top with 1/4 cup yoghurt and spread evenly. Sprinkle parfaits with chocolate shavings and 3 cherries. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before serving to blend flavors.

Tips

  • Feel free to use Mountain High™ Vanilla Low Fat Yoghurt or Mountain High™ Vanilla Fat Free Yoghurt instead of Mountain High™ Original Vanilla Whole Milk Yoghurt, if you'd like.
