Caramel Apple Dip

This recipe makes a great after-school snack and gets kids to eat their fruit without a fuss. Double it for a party and watch it disappear!
Ingredient List
- 1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup from 1 tub Mountain High™ Original Plain Whole Milk Yoghurt
- 1/4 cup of English milk chocolate toffee bits (from an 8-oz package)
- 3 tart medium apples, cored and sliced
Preparation
- In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and brown sugar with electric mixer on low speed until well blended.
- Add yoghurt and mix just until blended. Stir in toffee bits. Divide dip between 6 individual bowls; serve with apple slices for dipping.
Tips
- Feel free to use Mountain High™ Plain Low Fat Yoghurt or Mountain High™ Plain Fat Free Yoghurt instead of Mountain High™ Original Plain Whole Milk Yoghurt, if you'd like.
