Ingredient List

  • 2/3 cup from 1 tub Mountain High™ Original Plain Whole Milk Yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup barbeque sauce
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seed, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher (coarse) salt
  • 1 pound beef top round steak, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup from 1 tub Mountain High™ Original Plain Whole Milk Yoghurt
  • Chopped fresh parsley, if desired

Preparation

  3. Meanwhile, pierce potatoes with fork; arrange in circle on microwavable paper towels in microwave oven. Microwave uncovered on High 5 minutes; turn potatoes over. Microwave 5 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender when pierced in center with fork. Wrap each potato individually with aluminum foil to keep warm.
