Ingredient List

  • 1/3 cup Mountain High® original, lowfat or fat free plain yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup fresh mango cubes
  • 1/3 cup ice-cold water

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high speed until frothy. Serve immediately.

Tips

  • India’s refreshing yoghurt drinks are called Lassi. They can be fruit-based or simply a mix of yoghurt and spices or sweet flavorings. Be sure to use ice-cold water.
