Ingredient List

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Mountain High® original or lowfat vanilla or plain yoghurt

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tablespoons granulated sugar and walnuts; set aside. In a medium bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until smooth. Stir in dry ingredients. Gently stir in yoghurt.
  3. Pour batter into a greased 13x9-inch cake pan; sprinkle with nut mixture.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean.
