Ingredient List
- 2 boxes (6-serving size) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
- 5 cups Mountain High® original or lowfat plain yoghurt
- 4 bananas, sliced
- 54 vanilla wafer cookies (from a 12-oz box)
- About 3/4 cup whipped topping (from an aerosol can)
Preparation
- In a large bowl, whisk together pudding mix and yoghurt for about 2 minutes to combine well.
- Place one cookie and a banana slice on the bottom of each of 6 individual dessert glasses. Line the sides with 5 cookies each, and then repeat with banana slices. Divide the pudding mixture evenly among the glasses and top with 3 more cookies and 3 banana slices each. Cover and chill for 3 to 4 hours or until cookies are softened. Garnish with whipped topping just before serving.
