Traditional Greek Marinade

Especially good on lamb or tougher cuts of beef, this marinade does tenderizing wonders while adding rich Greek flavors. Let the grill do the rest!
Ingredient List
- 2 cups Mountain High® original or lowfat plain yoghurt
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation
- In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together. Place desired meat, poultry or fish in a gallon-size resealable bag. Pour yoghurt mixture into bag. Seal bag; turn to coat meat. Place bag in refrigerator.
- Marinate for 4 to 6 hours, turning occasionally to ensure all pieces get covered. Drain meat; discard marinade. Grill or broil meat as desired.
