Yoghurt Oatmeal

This is a fun recipe to make someone feel special at breakfast!

Ingredient List

  • 1 cup Mountain High® original vanilla or strawberry yoghurt
  • 2 cups hot cooked oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries

Preparation

  1. Lightly rub a large cookie cutter inside and out with vegetable oil and place in the middle of a bowl. (Use simple shaped cutters such as hearts or stars.) Spoon 1/2 cup yoghurt into the cutter. Pour 1 cup of the oatmeal around the outside of the cutter. Allow oatmeal to fill in around cutter. Remove cutter. Repeat on second bowl. Top with berries. Serve immediately.
