Ingredient List
- 1 cup Plain Mountain High® original, lowfat or fat free plain yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup peeled, seeded and finely chopped cucumber
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Finely chopped fresh mint leaves, if desired
Preparation
