- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup roasted red bell peppers (from a 12-oz jar), drained

Preparation
- Place cream cheese and roasted peppers in a food processor or blender and mix on high until creamy. Add yoghurt and pulse until blended. Cover and chill for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
