Ingredient List
- 4 cups Mountain High® original or lowfat plain yoghurt
- 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- Pecan halves, if desired
Preparation
- In large bowl, combine ingredients. Mix well. Pour into 1 1/2-quart or larger ice cream freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions. Garnish with pecan halves. Store in freezer.
