Little Strawberry Tarts

A great recipe to teach your children to make, this is sure to please all ages.

Ingredient List

  • 3 cups Mountain High® original, lowfat or fat free strawberry yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cherry-flavored gelatin (from 4-serving size box)
  • 1 box (6-serving size) instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 package (4 oz) single-serve graham cracker crusts (6 )
  • Whipped cream topping (from aerosol can), if desired
  • 3 large strawberries, cut lengthwise in half

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, mix yoghurt, vanilla, and cherry-flavored gelatin. Whisk in instant pudding; stir in chopped strawberries. Pour mixture into graham cracker crusts. Cover and chill for about 30 minutes or until set. Garnish each tart with whipped topping and a strawberry half.
