Ingredient List
- 1 cup from 1 tub Mountain High™ Original Strawberry Whole Milk Yoghurt
- 1/4 cup cranberry juice
- 1/4 cup milk or soy milk
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- Chopped strawberries, if desired
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in blender except chopped strawberries. Cover and blend on low speed until smooth. Pour into glass; garnish with chopped strawberries. Serve immediately.
