- 1 1/2 cups from 1 tub Mountain High™ Original Vanilla Whole Milk Yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon maple-flavored syrup
- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup frozen raspberries, strawberries or blueberries
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
Tips
- Feel free to use Mountain High™ Vanilla Low Fat Yoghurt or Mountain High™ Vanilla Fat Free Yoghurt instead of Mountain High™ Original Vanilla Whole Milk Yoghurt, if you'd like.
